What fees are taken from a donation?
Two fees apply before the money reaches your wallet: a payment processor fee (charged by the third-party provider that handles the transaction) and the YeneTTS platform commission. The rest is credited to your wallet.
How does commission work?
YeneTTS deducts its commission automatically from completed donations before the streamer wallet balance is updated. Pro plans have a lower commission.
Are withdrawals free?
Yes. YeneTTS covers the transfer fee, so you receive your full wallet balance when you withdraw.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Pro access continues until the current billing period ends, then the account returns to Free.
Which payout rails are supported?
Streamers configure Ethiopian withdrawal methods such as Telebirr and CBE Birr from their dashboard.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
The current platform rules use ETB 100 for Free users and ETB 50 for Pro users.
