Terms of Service

YeneTTS is a platform that enables viewers to send donations to streamers, optionally accompanied by Text-to-Speech alert messages, and enables streamers to display those alerts on their live streams.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in using email/password or Google Sign-In.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not submit donation messages that are illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringing. Streamers may filter or block words and mute messages.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

Donations are processed through third-party payment providers. YeneTTS may deduct a platform commission as described on our Pricing page. Streamers may request payouts of their available balance subject to applicable minimums and verification. Donations are generally non-refundable except as required by law or provider policy.

Streamers are responsible for their profiles and for how they display alerts. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant YeneTTS a license to host, process (including TTS generation), and display it as needed to operate the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for YeneTTS or its users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YeneTTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
