• Account information — name, email address, and profile photo. If you register or sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, Google profile picture, and Google account identifier from Google (see "Google Sign-In" below).
• Streamer profile data — username, bio, avatar, and links to your YouTube/TikTok/social accounts that you choose to add.
• Donation data — donor display name, amount, optional message, and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
• Usage & technical data — IP address, browser type, and basic activity needed to operate and secure the Service.

If you choose to sign in with Google, we request access only to your basic profile information and email address (the openid, profile, and email scopes). We use this data solely to:

• create and authenticate your YeneTTS account;
• display your name and profile photo within the Service; and
• contact you about your account.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke YeneTTS's access at any time in your Google Account permissions.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Process donations and streamer payouts.
• Generate and deliver Text-to-Speech alerts you request.
• Communicate with you about your account and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers who process payments, host our infrastructure, or generate TTS audio, under contractual confidentiality obligations;
• publicly, where you choose to make it public (e.g. your streamer profile, or a donor name/message shown on a stream overlay);
• when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of YeneTTS and its users.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Contact).

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for optional processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
